- 1.33 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.33 cup Hemp Seed
- 3 cup Rice Krispies
- Mix peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth
- Add in hemp seeds and krispies
- Pat mixture into greased or lined pan

- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter together
- Pour on top of Bottom and spread evenly
- Put hempies in freezer
